At the request of my underwriters I have included this page. They told me it was good to spell out as much as possible. If you think I have left something out please let me know and I will do the needful.
Use of the Website—By accessing the website, you warrant and represent to the website owner that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the website.
Method of Payment— We accept Visa, Master Card and money orders. To recognise the transaction on your credit card statement the billing descriptor will be "Shyamasundara Dasa." All transactions are in US $ dollars. If you do not have a credit card you can send money quickly via Moneytis. Because ours are not computer generated readings but actually done by a live person (me) your jyotish service request is not handled automatically in real-time on the Internet like most Internet transactions you have experienced. Hence, you are not billed immediately. When it comes time to fulfill your request, then and only then, I do a pre-authorization of your card on a virtual terminal at Authorize.net (click on link below) to make sure the funds are available and validate the credit card. Then, after the service has been performed and we have sent you your report either via an email or as a downloadable MP3 do I actually capture the funds that are then debited from your account and deposited into mine. Thus, you are only billed after the work has been completed.
Delivery—for Prasnas you will get an answer within five (5) days of my receiving the question. For all other readings your reading will be delivered within 14 days of a pre-authorization being made.
Shipping—is digital via e-mail (for prasna and other very short readings) or an MP3 download.
Refunds—because we are not dealing in “tangible” items but rather in “services rendered” it is impossible to give a refund. However, we do offer a guarantee of satisfaction.
Cancellation—You can cancel at any time before I begin to do your reading, but once I start it is too late.
Legalities—Shyamasundara Dasa provides advice to the best of his ability. However, it is the responsibility of the client to make the final decision whether to follow it or not and any success or failure based on taking that advice is thus the responsibility of the client not Shyamasundara Dasa.
Complaints—if you have any problems or complaints please do contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Security on this site—You submit your request for services on forms secured by Comodo and the credit cards are process on Authorise.net's virtual terminal (click on image below).
