Five days after the accident, semi-conscious state, on heavy narcotics (fentanyl, 100x more powerful than morphine) but still feeling intense pain.

I had a total of about 12 fractures including 8 in the spine, a shoulder fractured in 3 places, a broken rib, and foot.
